Default my aspx.net first page is not working

hay dears
   Please solve my this problem my asp.net code given below is when
runed only HTML code is displayed by the browser and leave the
ASP.net coded in c sharp following is the code.

the problem is the configure in the iis , you can set the .aspx as a default.and check the soft in you computer, you must have install the .net framework .net sdk at least.

You do not have to have the .NET SDK in order to run ASP.NET pages in IIS, you must only have the .NET runtime. There are many tools in the SDK that you might depending on what your application calls for, but for a pure, native .NET application you need only the runtime.
