Default last activity time of a oracle session

Oracle 9i.

OEM can show (session per session) the timestamp, each session issued its last activity.

How can I know that (last timestamp session activity) using simple SQL statement?

Default

In 8i:
select to_char(sysdate - last_call_et / 86400,'HH24:MI') from v$session

See if it works in 9i, 10g and post back
