How to install ORACLE 9i on Win - 2000

I am facing a problem to install ORACLE 9i on Win - 2000

When I start install ORACLE 9i on Win - 2000 -

1st CD installed properly but when i start to install 2nd CD it is stopped after installed 63%

I want to know what should i do to install ORACLE 9i on Win - 2000 properly on my system.

Please help me.
