Default How to install SQL 2000 on WIN XP ?
I am having WIN XP Pro & I want to install SQL server 2000 Personal Edition - (Client - server)version . But at the end of installation I am getting error that Server cannot be considered, check the sqllog file.
Please help me to install SQL Server 2000 on WIN XP

I haven't had any prob installing SQL server 2000 Personal/Standard Edition in my WIN XP Pro ever since.

Can you elaborate on how did you intall?
