Default PHP *hosting* question

Hi,
I'm new to PHP,and for that matter PHP hosting too.
My project will be completed within 2 months or so.
I googled for many free hosting solutions and even found one.
Theres this one called 1800-free-web-hosting
And It seems to offer too many features.
One thing,that I find difficult to understand,is :
How do I upload my database (the one that I've already created locally) to the remote server.
There are no instructions or guidenlines given by the host.
Does that mean they dont offer uploading databases?
Theres a MySQL database creator, wherein I've to create the structure of the database from scratch. (you know what I mean?)
That really depresses me.
Plus the support for a free account is almost non existent, which is why I posted this query in the first place.
I'm on lookout for some free hosts.
But if anyone has a solution, please reply.

Thanks.

do you have phpmyadmin?
does the webhosting support mysql? if so, there should be instructions on how to setup your mysql database.

if they have phpmyadmin, you can import the database.
You can also export database from phpmyadmin....otherwise what would be the use of using phpmyadmin, if it didn't let you do that?
