Default Restoring a table

I have mistakenly updated a table completely for a particular column without any where clause condition. So all my data in that column for that table got updated. I wanted to retrieve the data for that column. Please help me in this regard. It's really urgent. I have a backup which is around 2 weeks old.
If I can do a immediate roll back it'll be fine. otherwise I have to restore from the already existing backup. Please help me in this regard.

I think you need ot restore an old database to another location, then pull the single tables data from that restore. I don't think what you want to do is practical. Once you commit data its committed and can't be rolled back.
