Hello Friends!

I have recently installed SQL Server 2000 Developer Edition on my PC..

I am able to login into the query analyzer, but whenever i open my Enterprise Manager and want to open my databases...it gives me an error stating Server not started..

Has anyone got the solution to this problem..

Check if the service is set up to start automatically when the machine re-boots. (Start > Run > services.msc > OK)

thanks for the reply but whatever you have suggested, i have already done...well have been facing this problem for along time ...is there any outcome to it.
