Default Merge Replication Problem

Hi

We've had a problem where Merge Replication has dropped a publication early last week (I never seen this happen before). We have 3 subsribers at which there will be quite a few data updates/inserts etc. My question is, how do I merge all the database changes now that I have rebuilt replication?

SQL Server 2000 sp3a.

Thanks!
Sean.
