HELP in finding a Technical SME!

Hello All,

I was hoping you would be able to provide me with suggestions as to how to go about finding a Technical Documentation/Tech Data Subject Matter Expert who has substantial knowledge as it relates to government military standards for our La Plata, MD office?!? Any specific people recommendations, forums, network list advice, etc would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
