Default DTS Package Deployment

Hi

I have created a VB project that runs a DTS Package on a SQL server. The problem I am having is that I cannot run the file on a machine that does not have SQL Server Enterprise manager installed.

I use the VB Package & Deployment Wizard but still receives "Runtime error: 429. ActiveX component can't create object"

Does anyone know if a user must have Enterprise Manger installed, if not which dependency files am I missing??

Regards
Marnus
