Any one known VB 2005 compact framework

I'm developing a program for my boat surveying business. Does anyone have the experience,or know of anyone who has the experience,or is there a forum that I could use to help me. It basically is a field reporting form on a hand held device that I want to use the USB connection on my computer for printout. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
