As stated above I am trying to copy a file from one server to another. I have given permissions to each server's directory where the source and destination are, yet still get the exception. When I am debugging under localhost the file.copy works fine. SO, has anyone an idea of how to fix this issue?

Probably you don't have permitions to do the copy. Did you check that??
