Default Accessing Mappoint 2002 via Visual Studio .NET 200

OK - I am really in trouble here. I need a Visual Studio .NET 2003 windows form that basically takes a zip code (specified by the user), feed that zip code into Mappoint 2002, then display all the names/notes of every pushpin located within that radius.

Can someone please help me? If it's relatively simple, please post some code. If it takes a lot of work, talk to me and we'll barter something.

Bottom line is that I need this as soon as possible. I don't know what I must have said during my job interview but my boss thinks I can do anything related to computers. I am good at computers/programming, but needless to say, I am not a computer god. Not by a long shot. Any help would be VERY appreciated.

Thanks,
Thomas

Do you need to use Mappoint 2002? Have you looked into MapPoint .Net SDK?

Personally I would prefer the .NET version but our company already has Mappoint 2002 in use with their own pushpins/data. Also I am looking to deploy this immediately with minimal effort. I really don't have time to do any more research (as of this moment, my boss is already hounding me to release this thing already).

Have you found a solution. If not I am willing to send you a test application that I wrote. It's not a complete answer but it should point you in the right direction.
