Default Word Formfield Calcuations

I need some help please.
I have a .dot with a TimeIn field, and a TimeOut field, then a TotalTime field. My TotalTime field is a calculation field that I want to find the lapse time btw TimeIn and TimeOut. However, I can not get this thing to calculate properly! I'd be happy to share the .dot with you so that you can see what I refer to. And suggestions would be DEEPLY appreciated.

Thanks,

Stacy
