i want an xslt that replaces straight quotes with curvy/smart quotes in my entire xml and in html it should show curly quotes instead of straight quotes.

(a) Are you constrained to use XSLT 1.0 or can you use 2.0 (which is much better for string manipulation)

(b) What part of the problem are you finding difficult? What have you tried and where did you get stuck?
