Looks like a security issue - the ASPNET account must have rights to the Event log

Yep, this is indeed a security issue. With early betas of .NET the account ASP.NET was using had sufficient permissions to create new Event Logs and sources at run-time. However, this is no longer possible.

:( I add permission for ASPNET on Windows/Temp, it doesn't work

But, I add Everyone and also IWAM_COMPUTER

IT WORK!!! :D

This book is not easy to understand. Oop is tough.
