I am currently downloading and installing WVD. I've noticed that only 8 items are being installed, rather than the 9 listed in Figure 1-1 of the book. The item that is missing is the "Runtime Pre-requisites." Have I missed something?

The installation will detect the presence of the necessary runtime, so it's possible you already installed something that may have included .NET 3.5.
