Default IIS 7

I've just started reading this book and it says it requires IIS 7 to complete the exercises.
I am working on windows XP Professional and I have IIS 5 installed on my computer.
is there a link to download the IIS 7?
or if I want to use windows 7,does it contain the IIS 7 with it?

Where does it say you need IIS 7?

The intro of the book says this:

Quote:
Although you should be able to follow along with most exercises using Windows XP Home or Windows Vista Basic, some of the chapters in this book require the use of IIS, Microsoft’s web server, which only ships with the Windows versions in the requirements list.
Maybe you're using the 4.0 version of the book? (You posted in the forum for the 3.5 version).

Cheers,

Imar
