Default Template nightmare

Cant change the titles in any of my pages thay all default to the template! How can I make the title an editable region? Hope you can help! Regards Mark

By default, when you create a new template, the title *is* an editable region, and should look like this:


  <title>Untitled Document</title>

Mark,

Hopefully you've solved this by now, but I just spent two days scratching my head over the exact same problem. Turns out Dreamweaver had created a .LCK file that was preventing me from editing the template or any related files. Check for hidden files in your template directory that have the same name as your template and a .LCK extension. Delete them and try again. Worked for me!
