Default Starting Linux

hi fols..i am linux enthusiast and i want to start carrier in linux..i wanna know hw to start mastering linux so as to ensure a good carrier in linux...i dont want to go in administration..i want to do development

Maybe learn C? You'll want to know the unix commandline pretty well, an editor (vi or emacs) and the GCC compiler.
