Default VB6 and Win XP Pro in domain

I use VB6 with windows XP Professional. This computer is a member in domain network. The problem is --> When I log on as domain user and use VB6 ,I cannot open to change "Referances" from menu Project --> References .. Error pop up window is "Error accessing the system registry" but I log on as the same user with other computer (Running Win2000Pro) ... there 're no any problem..
How can I config windows XP or something else ???
Thank in advance.

This is because of your local security policy. On Windows 2K you are probably set up as a Power User or local Administrator, but on XP you are probably just a standard user.

You will need to log onto the computer as an administrator (either local admin or network admin) and add your username to the local accounts and set it up as a Power or Administrative user. Then when you log on next you will be able to access and change the registry.
