Default Move & Upgrade?

Hi all, I'm new to Reporting Services.

We are doing a big move & upgrade and i need some advice on how best to handle the SSRS side of things.

Current setup is Server 1 with SSRR on SQL2000

New setup is on Server 2 with SQL2005

Whats the best way to move Reporting Services over to the new server & upgrade it to 2005?

The documanation i've found so far just seems to cover upgrading on a server but not the moving part.

Thanks,
Kenny
