Default Recovering accidentally deleted logins in sql serv

Hello,

I have accidentally deleted logins on my SQL Server 2000 Database.

When i try to login using the following command

sqlservr.exe -c -m.

i get an error stating that the error log file is already being used. However there are no users logged on the server currently.

Can you help me understand how to work this one.
