You didn't look hard enough. It's on Apress. I found it in about 20 seconds. The official title of the book is "Beginning ASP.NET E-Commerce" and is found in the appropriate area for Wrox/Peer titles.

No wonder your unemployed! Why dont you just try to help for a change!
I have looked and cannot find the source code either. The code IS NOT where the book says it is, and searching through these threads is tedious enough without smart comments like that!
EDIT: OK I found it at last - The downloads for this book can be found by entering the downloads page http://www.apress.com/book/download.html and there is a link on the page

|
There you will find a list of the wrox book downloads, and the downloads for this book can be found here http://support.apress.com/books.asp?...Go=Select+Book
Hope this is more helpful than the previous posts to this thread.

I have helped. This thread (as well as others) gave specific instructions on how to find the information. There's no other way I can say it and I *REFUSE* to go out and search for the link for every person who asks. If someone thinks they are going to survive in this business, it's going to take more intelegence than required to search for a books download. if they can't do that, they might as well give it up.
See, you took a little time and found it just fine.

But you had already found the link. If you are taking the time to bother responding to the thread, then the least you can do is provide the relevant information, not just presume that its plainly obvious to you so it should be to everyone else.
If you can help, please do, if not, please don't waste your time with smart comments like

Yes, and each time I have done that people have looked themselves and found the information. This means they get the information they need AND learn how to use the resources available to them. Seems like a better deal then just saying "Here it is"... But if you like that way better, you can do it yourself. Feel free to provide direct links to anyone who asks for them.

I can't make it any more plain than it is already on the apress web site. Not only is the information on how to download the files in the first paragraph- but there is a link from the downloads page. Yes, it's plainly obvious to anyone who actually looked before asking. It's pretty impossible to miss- that is if you read what is written on the page.

It's my time to waste.. feel free not to read my posts.
Of course, I don't consider it a waste of time when I help someone succeed with a pointer rather than doing it for them.

I think you misunderstand. The Wrox books say the code can be downloaded from here, but on first appearances, it is not obvious that the code is now available from APress. Your first reaction to loading the downlads page is to search for your book. Following from this, making people LEARN how to use the resources because its not obvious on first appearances is not what I thought this site was about. I have a feeling that saying "Here it is..." would probably cut down on alot of this.

I must admit that I am guity as charged on the second point, as well as many others I am sure, but I am looking to download code that the book says is somewhere else, and I shouldn't have to be browsing around looking for links to the downloads. I dont spend time on Wrox's web site, or APress's for that matter. so its not plainly obvious where the downloads are.
TO summarise, your still not helping anyone by saying "I found it in 20 seconds", that is not helping people to LEARN. They are expecting to learn something from the book they just paid for, not try to decipher a moderators comments about how easy it was for him/her to find it.
Suggestion: Maybe add a direct link to the correct page on APress, as well as their home page link on the downloads page.
