With the four steps I posted earlier today.
In fact, this is already on the errata page. From there, you can download the updated database and web.config file, and everything should work (that's what others have reported).
If I am not mistaken, you ended up doing this as well, right? Removing the <location> element and putting it back in is basically a no-op, right?
Or did you do something else that you'd like to add to the errata page??
